I'm 19 years of age and there are little to no opportunities where I live, I'm unemployed and I need to earn some money – I've been looking around the web for adult cam sites a few seem quite legit, but I don't really want to commit to any before I know a little more about it. I'd just like to know how much you get paid, how long you have to work and is it too good to be true? because I've heard a lot of stories of girls making a fair amount of cash per week.. i hope that's the case, but I'm hesitant to believe it..

Answer:Have you considered hiring a web designer and working for yourself? If you have your own camshow website you won't have to pay any commissions or anything like that – you would get to keep all the money. (well, I'm sure the web designer will want to be paid, but you know what I mean).

ADDITION: Another idea I just had: why not make a Skype account that you use only for camshows, and then advertise on craigslist and stuff? For the guys that pay you give them that Skype name and tell them when you'll be on.

Answer:no "commitment". You can work whenever you want, however much you want and you can quit working whenever you want without notifying them. You can also decide who can go private with you and on some camsites how much you charge. I do recommend going "independent" after you become familiar with this

Answer:but like I said it's hard to get started on your own without some experience and a fan base. The camsite will take a percentage of what you earn but you can still earn a lot per month it all depends on how friendly you are to customers, your looks and what you are willing to do in private.

Answer:They seem to take out less of a percentage then other camsites, have less rules and have a tipping system.
