Answer:After all the information that you gave us, you didn't actually tell us what the model designation is. After quickly slapping your details into google and spending about 20 seconds checking it over, I'm going to say that you've got an MSI 945GCM478 micro ATX motherboard there. Yes, it should accept a PCI-e videocard. Unfortunately the manual for that motherboard does not have much information.
If it's not recognising it, check that you have the graphics board seated correctly in the slot. You may need to remove it and reseat it. Secondly, check the BIOS settings – you may need to disable the Integrated Graphics in the appropriate BIOS page to let the video card take over the job of displaying the graphics. There is an Integrated Peripherals option on the main page of the BIOS – have a look there and see what you can find.
To get into the BIOS, start your computer and press F2 or Delete before the Windows loading screen comes up. If you watch closely you may even see a text prompt that appears very briefly telling you something similar to "Press F2 to enter BIOS". Doing that will bring up the main page of the BIOS settings. Be careful here if you don't know what you're doing – only change what is necessary. Don't fiddle.
Check the obvious stuff too. Install the drivers properly. Double check that the correct cables to the monitor are in the correct sockets and are correctly seated. Ensure that power to monitors is on etc.
GIve all that a go and see if it works.
Answer:Install it. As far as I know, if you will buy a graphics card, the seller will give you a installer for it.
Answer:Enable psi-e in bios
Answer:Have you installed the drivers after installing the card?
Have you made sure the power connectors are properly connected?
